Holden's Motorsport Legends - Winning the Great Race since 1968
The LX series of V8 Holden Toranas was given a supercharge in the late 1970s, with the introduction of the A9X option.
Added to the slender two-door coupe was a rear-facing bonnet scoop to increase airflow and engine power, as well as rear disc brakes and heavy-duty axels.
The 1979 Holden LX Torana A9X proved its muscle-car credentials - winning the 1979 Bathurst race by a record six laps and setting the touring-car lap record on the last lap of the race.

I was sent the wrong coin, which was disappointing. I’ve been told the correct coin will be sent, that was 4 days ago, as yet I’ve not received any tracking information so I’m guessing it hasnt been in the post yet. It took the seller 7 days to put the wrong coin in the post according to tracking. This was my first time dealing with coin exchange. Happy to update my review if/when I receive the correct coin.
