The Mint Wallets released by RAM tent to sweat and become sticky. It is recommended to remove the coins and store them in 2x2’s. In some wallets some toning maybe present. This is due to the packing from the mint.
Also, some coins may have some toning this due to the original packaging from the Mint as they didn’t seal the coins in the wallets.
