1963 Australian Pre-Decimal coin set – a perfect 60 year birthday gift
This well presented set of Australian Pre-decimal coins is housed within a Royal Australian Mint Wallet
and neatly displays each of the Australian coins of 1963.
Specifically, the 1963 Threepence (3d), Sixpence (6d), Shilling (2/-), Florin (2/-), and the 1963 Penny (1d) and Half Penny (1/2d).
Each of the selected coins are better than average in quality as is the nature of the later QE2 Pre Decimal coins.
Within the wallet there are two information sheets on either side,
the first detailing each of the aforementioned coins and also various value conversions of Pre-decimal coins to their decimal counterparts.
The second details each of the displayed coins diameter and weight (see photos).
This set is a great birthday present for those born in 1963
